The hotel was spotlessly clean with access to a lovely beach. Comfy beds with top quality bedding. Friendly and accommodating staff. Good little gym and nice pool area. Lovely location on the cliff tops with beautiful views.

We had a fantastic stay at a lovely hotel with amazing views. The staff were pretty good too ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the beds were comfortable. The hotel grounds were beautifully landscaped and provided a serene and relaxing atmosphere. We were impressed with the prompt resolution of a minor issue with the TV remote, showing the hotel's commitment to excellent service. The location, with direct access to the beach, was perfect for leisurely strolls and enjoying the seaside. I highly recommend this hotel for a restful and enjoyable vacation.

This venue is situated on top of the cliffs with a view of the most breathtaking beach. I was amazed by the beauty of the pine gardens that surrounded this hotel. The service was incredible, from the cleaning staff to the general manager, everyone was polite and helpful. The amenities like the spa, swimming pool, and wellness centre were amazing. There were also facilities like Wi-Fi and baggage storage available. The fitness studio and outdoor sporting activities were excellent and kept me busy during my stay.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay.

As a solo traveler, I really enjoyed the stunning coastal views from my sea view room. The pool was clean and perfect for morning swims. The buffet breakfast had a wide variety of options and the omelette station was a nice touch. The staff were friendly and efficient, making for a pleasant check-in experience. The outside area had beautiful gardens and plenty of space to relax. The short walk down the wooden steps to the beach was convenient and the beach itself was absolutely beautiful. my stay at Portobay Falesia was enjoyable and I appreciated the comfortable beds and pillows.
